Everything you need to know about our shipping process, delivery times, and tracking your orders.

Order Processing Time

All Minicon orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once your order is ready, it is shipped immediately.

Delivery Timeframes

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 5–7 days for metro cities and 7–10 days for non-metro or remote areas. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped.

Express Shipping

Currently, we offer standard shipping across India in order to maintain fair pricing. Express shipping options may be added in the future.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available in most serviceable pin codes. If COD is not available in your area, you will be notified at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email or SMS containing a tracking link. Simply click the link to follow your order's progress in real time.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If more than 7 business days have passed since dispatch and your tracking information hasn't updated, please reach out to us at support@minicon.in.

International Shipping

We currently ship only within India. International shipping will be announced in the future, so stay tuned on our Instagram and website for updates.

Delays in Delivery

While we aim for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to weather disruptions, courier issues, or festival seasons and strikes. We will keep you informed via email or SMS if any such delays affect your order.
